Like the title says, just wanted to say Happy 4th of July to everyone! Or Canada Day, whichever you celebrate, and if you don't celebrate either, have a happy day anyways! XD

Like usual, I'll be out this weekend at the campsite, and of course they're is no internet out there.. So I'll talk to you all on Sunday!


And for those of you that care, it won't let me change the mood icon, so just to let you know, I'm not excited. I'm more like a combination of hyper and mellow... Just don't ask how that can be possible, because I say it can!

Yes I have a stock account with a lame name, but yeah, where I keep all my photos for anyones use!

I'VE GOT A JOB! After one month into summer for searching nonstop for a job, I actually got one! I am now a lifeguard at the YMCA on Long Pond Road, and technically I haven't gotten the job officially, but I stopped in and the head lifeguard started asking me a bunch of general questions like where did you get certified, through whom, your name, you said college student right? you know that kind of crap, like an on the spot interview kind of thing. And then he's all stop in for a really short interview, dress casual (which means shorts, t-shirt, that kind of thing) and I'll show you around and stuff. So even though I don't have it officially, he pretty much flat out told me that I've got the job right there! Tomorrow at 10:00AM, I've got to remember that... xD

I have another job over on campus, but it doesn't look like I'll have a whole lot of hours except during the fall and even then it's pretty limited and loans are eating me up alive!!

Sorry I kind of rambled, guys, but I'm so super excited right now! I'm bouncing off the walls and ceiling and everything and just OMG I GOT A FRICKIN' JOB!!!

Okay. Art-wise, I'm kind of off and on and just yeah... Right now I'm kind of doing a big (big for me anyway..) portrait of my bird. Just because I can and I have this canvas lying around and I didn't know what else to put on it. And when I'm fed up of seeing something like that just lying around and I don't know what to put on it, my mind immediately goes: bird. Not to mention I've been kind of in a "bird" mood, so expect to see a lot of different kinds of birds from me. I can't get black capped chickadees and blue jays out of my head. Stupid, evil birds! xD

So how's everyone else been doing? How has your summer been thus far? As you can tell, I've been pretty busy, but more of a cheap, lay back, bum kind of busy. And if anyone has taken this much time to read this pointless journal, then all the power in the world to ya!
